This is a primary care out patient clinic run by a nurse practitioner in a modern office in the heart of Williamsburg. This is a one provider practice, with backup care by Dina DiCenso, FNP. Care and treatment plans are designed to fit your needs. Specific focus is made on prevention and managing chronic diseases. Scheduling and access to results is facilitated with the application Tebra through the webportal.
